Proclaim Speech and Debate Club serves students ages 12-18 in the main club and students ages 7-11 in our Junior Speech program. Junior Speech students are typically the younger siblings of competitors, but we would consider students without sibling competitors if their parent would agree to stay during the junior club session to assist the teacher.  Proclaim was founded in 2006, and we have enjoyed a consistent presence at the national tournament with many finalist competitors as well as national winners.  Proclaim is not a drop-off club.
