League Policies

1. If a competitor is waitlisted for an event, the confirmation email will provide two options. 

   1) Stay on the waitlist.

   • No action is required from the family.
   • Competitors will be moved off of the waitlist as space becomes available; an email will be sent.
   • Registrar will process refunds after the tournament ends for any competitors remaining on the waitlist.

   2) Request removal from the waitlist

   • If a family wishes to drop an event and be removed from the waitlist, they must contact the Registrar at gro.ACFCNobfsctd-7303b1@rartsigeR.
   • The family must request a refund from the Family Order tab at MyPlace.
   • The Finance Office will approve and process the refund.
