League Policies
Prior to registration payment, event exchanges can be made by simply untoggling one event and toggling another.Â
After Payment but before registration closes, events may be exchanged free of charge by choosing the circle arrows on the tournament registration page. If swapping into a partnered event, please contact the registrar at gro.ACFCNobfsctd-182e55@rartsigeR with all pertinent information, including student name(s), events, and the tournament name
After registration closes but prior to check-in opening, event exchanges are allowed with a $25 fee by choosing the circle arrows on the tournament registration page. If space is available, the exchange will be processed. The fee must be paid before the exchange is finalized.  If swapping into a partnered event, please contact the registrar at gro.acfcNobfsctd-30394f@rartsigeR with all pertinent information, including student name(s), events, and the tournament name.
After check-in opens, no event exchanges are allowed except under extenuating circumstances; please contact your Regional Coordinator.
