Fees and Payment Policies

  • Affiliation Fees

    The following fees apply to the 2025-2026 competition season.

  • Tournament Registration Fees

    The following fees apply to tournaments in the 2025-2026 competition season. Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Late Fees

    • Registration: Fees during late registration will include a $25 charge per competitor regardless of the number of events.
    • Check-in: The late check-in fee is $10 per competitor.

  • Refunds

    Refund requests are handled through the order history option in MyPlace.NCFCA.org.

    • Affiliation fees are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances. Affiliates who believe their circumstances meet these criteria may submit a refund request.
    • Tournament registration fees are refundable until the end of regular registration. After this point registration fees are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances. Affiliates who believe their circumstances meet these criteria may submit a refund request. The request must be submitted within 14 days of the close of the event.
    • Meal purchases are non-refundable.
    • Physical product returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is in new condition. The purchase price will be credited back to the original form of payment. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
    • Digital products are non-refundable once access to the digital product has been sent.
    • Events cancelled by the league will be considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis and may be affected by the contractual commitments and liabilities of the league in connection with the situation.

  • Event Exchange Fees

    Once regular registration has closed, swapping between speech events or between debate events will incur a $25 fee per event exchange.

  • Scholarships

    A limited number of scholarships are available for registration fees for those demonstrating financial need.

    • Scholarships must be requested prior to payment using the link in the shopping cart and can only be activated using a code during checkout. The code will be provided when a request is approved, which will take approximately one business day.
    • Refunds will not be issued for payments made prior to scholarship approval.

  • School Association Fees

    Christian Schools who wish to associate with NCFCA must contact our office at gro.ACFCNobfsctd-918055@eciffO to schedule a consultation.
