Communications Team (Comms)

The Communications Team serves as the eyes and ears of the tournament. Team members monitor competition rooms to confirm that judges and competitors are present and that each room is running smoothly. They report issues to the Communications Lead, who communicates with the Tournament Director (TD) for guidance. Between rounds, the team changes postings and ensures rooms are clean and reset. The team goal is: Equip, Communicate, Support. Comms does not make independent decisions.
