League Policies
Refund requests are handled through the order history option in MyPlace.NCFCA.org.
- Affiliation fees are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances. Affiliates who believe their circumstances meet these criteria may submit a refund request.
- Tournament registration fees are refundable until the end of regular registration. After this point registration fees are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances. Affiliates who believe their circumstances meet these criteria may submit a refund request. The request must be submitted within 14 days of the close of the event.
- Meal purchases are non-refundable.
- Physical product returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is in new condition. The purchase price will be credited back to the original form of payment. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Digital products are non-refundable once access to the digital product has been sent.
- Events cancelled by the league will be considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis and may be affected by the contractual commitments and liabilities of the league in connection with the situation.
