Our account pages have changed! We ask that both new and returning families review each family member’s profile by selecting Family in the left-hand column at MyPlace to be sure they are up to date. This will ensure receipt of league communications, a smooth registration, and successful tournament check-in.
Account Creation
One adult family member should create the family account and purchase the Family Affiliation. Then, each family member will log in separately using the email and password set on their profile.
Adding and Updating Account Profiles
Every individual who will participate in a tournament must have an individual profile with a unique and verifiable email address, including junior competitors. To add or manage profiles select Family on the left side of MyPlace.
Non-competing Juniors and younger siblings can be added as guests during tournament registration.
Pro Tip: If a “server error” message appears regarding an email address, please check that the email account is not already in use for a different family member. Otherwise, contact the NCFCA office at gro.ACFCN@eciffO for help to resolve the issue.
Account Details
For each family member, move along the tabs below their name.
Pro Tip: The tabs only display for existing profiles. Once you add a new person, refresh and work through the tabs.
Status Changes
Recent graduates should ask an adult on their account to change their Person Type from Student to Adult and toggle the Alumni button to make the alumni eligible to judge.
Junior participants becoming an eligible competitor for qualifying tournaments need to be updated under the Student Eligibility tab prior to requesting registration.
Profile Tab
For each family member, update name, phone number, person type, gender and age.
A Student Eligibility tab will appear when Student is selected for the Person Type. If you select Adult under Person Type, a Child Safety tab will appear below your name. In addition,

- As mentioned above, previous NCFCA competitors should slide the Is Alumni toggle to the right. It will turn dark blue.
- There are no additional toggles for any other adults.
