Welcome to Junior Tournaments!

Junior Tournaments allow younger students to try out their skills with low-pressure competition opportunities during a specified timeframe in a qualifying tournament for older competitors. Participants must register in advance through the NCFCA dashboard to participate and are not required to have siblings competing in the larger qualifying tournament.

Junior Tournaments include one or two rounds during the debate elimination rounds of an in-person qualifying tournament. The goal is for participants to practice speaking skills and gain encouragement from constructive feedback.
