About Our Region

We are home to multiple clubs and tournaments in the southern half of Texas (Zip Codes: 73xxx, 759xx, 765xx, 766xx, 768xx, 769xx, 77xxx, 78xxx). Our students train and compete in our region and travel all over the country for national competitions as they gain skills that will serve them well for a lifetime.

Region 12 Director

Debra Oliver
Region 12 Director
Debra and her husband live in Texas and have four children, three of which have graduated and are enrolled in college/post college studies. The Oliver Family has participated in NCFCA since 2016. After receiving her BS in Mathematics (and Secondary Education) from Marquette University, Debra went on to teach High School Math and coach both volleyball and softball for eight years. Her hobbies include crafting, crocheting, baking, and camping.
