Parent Judge Team
Parents and Designated Adults who judge “full-time” at a tournament fill the vital ministry role of helping competition rounds stay in alignment with our league’s mission and core values. They work alongside other parents and Community Judges to challenge, encourage, and equip competitors through attentive listening and thoughtful ballot feedback. They also execute necessary in-room administration tasks when they are selected as the head judge for speech rounds. Full-time judging is the assigned role for parents who are not serving as volunteers in one of our other full-time tournament administration roles.
