Affiliate Meals Coordinator

Prior to the tournament, the Meals Coordinator works with the TC to plan and arrange for the purchase and delivery of meals from local vendors for family meal purchases. During the tournament, the Meals Coordinator will oversee the distribution of meals purchased by affiliates. If the same person is unable to serve during the tournament, a second person may fill this role so long as all details are passed along for proper management.
