League Policies
Extenuating circumstances include major unforeseen hardship, illness, or bereavement events and situations that make it impossible for a family member to participate in affiliation, tournaments, or other opportunities and obligations to which they have committed.
The following circumstances are NOT considered extenuating circumstances: work schedule conflicts, other activity commitments, caring for young children, activities involving other family members, failure to comply with rules or policies, or failure to meet published deadlines.
This explanation is provided to accompany entries in our Tournament Participation Policies and our Fees and Payment Policies.
