League Policies

  1. Extenuating circumstances include major unforeseen hardship, illness, or bereavement events and situations that make it impossible for a family member to participate in affiliation, tournaments, or other opportunities and obligations to which they have committed. 

    The following circumstances are NOT considered extenuating circumstances: work schedule conflicts, other activity commitments, caring for young children, activities involving other family members, failure to comply with rules or policies, or failure to meet published deadlines.
