Dixie and her husband Eric live in Plano, Texas and have three college students who all competed in NCFCA since 2012. She holds a BA in Physics from Lewis & Clark College, a BA in Environmental Engineering and Policy from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Regis University. Her hobbies include reading, pickleball, working out, board games and cooking.
