Christy and her husband Rich live in Virginia and are the parents of four NCFCA alum and one current competitor. Their children began competing in 2011, but Christy has been involved in the league since its inception as one of its founders. She has a degree in Political Science from Cedarville University where she competed in both value and policy debate. When she’s not involved in all things debate, she enjoys teaching and playing the piano and spending time outdoors.
