Updating Profiles

Verify Affiliation

  1. Log in with your account’s primary email and password
  2. If you get an error, select “Forgot Password” .
  3. If you do not get the email, please contact Office@NCFCA.org.
  4. Verify your affiliation on the upper right side of your dashboard.
  5. If the box says “Affiliate Now”, you are not affiliated for the season. Affiliation is required prior to registration requests. If you would like to affiliate now, follow the instructions below.

Verify Profiles

  1. Log in to your NCFCA dashboard.
  2. Select “Update Profile” from the dropdown menu next to your name on the top right corner.
  3. Verify that the information is correct. If any changes are made, be sure to select “Update”.
  4. NOTE: Each person’s profile must have a unique email address.  If you get an error when updating, it is generally because the email address is being used for another profile.
  5. If you check all the profiles and the email addresses are unique, it is possible that there is a second account using your email.  Please contact the Office at: Office@NCFCA.org.
  6. Student Profiles: As always, NCFCA respects the decision-making of parents regarding their students’ online activity. However, our system requires that each student have an active, unique email address that they can use to log in for tournaments. It is not required that they have access to the actual email account.

In order to ensure you are able to register for tournaments, please verify or complete both the profile and eligibility tabs for each active student.

    1. Profile tab: Because all student profiles must have a unique email address, we have used “StudentnameSTUDENTParentemail” as a placeholder for missing information.
    2. Eligibility: you must complete the anticipated graduation, education model, eligibility status, and affirm the statement.

Group Management

  1. Log in to your NCFCA dashboard.
  2. Select “Group Management” from the dropdown menu next to your name on the top right.
  3. All active persons should have a red active tab.
  4. An inactive member will not receive regular communication and will not be able to register for tournaments.
  5. “Opt-Out” only refers to occasional third party communication and will not affect regular transactional email communication.
  6. Finally, at least one adult should be marked as the primary on the group.
