The 2021 NCFCA Moot Court Problem is now available in the Resource Library!
This exciting and relevant case focuses on issues related to the 4th and 5th Amendments and promises great opportunities to build your understanding of the Constitution, application of law in the United States, and your argumentation skills. You’ll find the material to be both accessible and challenging for all levels of moot competitors.* NCFCA Moot Court competition invites teams of two students each to present legal arguments from both sides of a fictional case and to answer questions from an interactive panel of judges. Students learn how to understand and apply the law while responding quickly to questions.
With qualifying Moot Court competition going virtual this season (just like SCOTUS!), we are thrilled to provide this excellent opportunity to students around the country without the barrier of travel. Whether you’re brand new to Moot or have been participating for a few years, online competition will become yet another tool in your communication toolbox!
*Note that students must be Affiliates who are no younger than 15 years old and no older than 18 years old on September 1 of the competitive season to be eligible for Moot Court competition.
