We're so glad you stopped by!

Conventions are our opportunity to meet you and introduce you to NCFCA Christian Speech & Debate representatives, students, parents, and coaches. Here, you can learn about tournaments, curriculum, webinars, and local clubs, attend a workshop, and pick up some merch.

We know Christian speech & debate. Let us help you find your voice.

FOR PARENTS

Christian speech and debate is an excellent way for your child to develop their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills while also growing in their faith.

Summer camps offer a unique opportunity for students to learn how to articulate and defend their beliefs in a respectful and persuasive manner.

STUDENTS

Christian Speech & Debate is a great way to use your talents and skills to share your faith and engage in meaningful conversations with others.
It's important to remember that as Christians, we are called to speak truth in love and to represent Christ in all that we say and do. Join us on a learning journey to meet your challenge as your grow in grace and learn to communicate with confidence.

junior students

We want Juniors to learn about being kind and confident communicators for Christ and bring glory to God in all that they do—inside and outside of NCFCA!
Juniors is a special group—usually made up of the younger siblings of senior competitors or interested students ages 7-12—which meets for 1-2 hours during regular NCFCA clubs or classes. The aim of a Juniors club is for younger students to grow spiritually, learn social and speaking skills, and prepare for and participate in NCFCA competition.

Speech & Debate Clubs

Joining or starting a new club with NCFCA takes a few steps, but we're here to help along the way. With planning and support, clubs can be a rewarding family experience, helping families and members start groups that improve communication skills, build confidence, and make lifelong friendships.
NCFCA Christian Speech & Debate has a unique partnership with independent training clubs around the country, using NCFCA curriculum to guide, coach, and create flexible programming to fit the needs of local students.

And you can do it too! Planning and starting a club is a process that can be started using our Club Resources and scheduling a club call!

  • "...[as a parent], the benefit of participation in NCFCA Debate [was that my students were] learning to be gracious whether winning or losing. Debate tournaments are busy and intense, but I dubbed them our "debate-cations" because they are also fun!"
    Marcia
    NCFCA Mom
  • "Thank you for inspiring our family to communicate truth clearly and charitably! It is encouraging to know that there are many homeschooling families who are preparing today's youth to be future leaders...."
    John
    NCFCA Dad
  • "Competition is less intimidating when [it is] viewed as a learning and growing opportunity and not a measure of [one's] self-worth."
    Rachel
    NCFCA Alumni
  • "...I always take my children so that they can witness quality competition before they become of age. ...Everyone makes us feel very welcome. I love to surround my children with such an environment."
